The Sealpac "A" Series of machines builds on the strong foundations of it's predecessors, which include the SP350, SP 500, SP610, SP750 and SP800 range of machines, all of which are used at various producers throughout the Uk and Ireland. Current demands for hermetically sealed packs are becoming more and more evident as the customer demands tamper proof evidence and leak proof packaging.
Modified atmosphere can also be introduced to increase product shelf life, which can be beneficial to both the food packer and retailer with other packaging methods. All Sealpac machines have the capability of sealing flexible top web materials to pre-formed tray under normal atmospheric conditions

Sealpac tray-sealing machines have been installed into almost every food sector over the past 12 years, the first machine was installed in 1996 and now over 250 machines and over 500 tooling sets are used to produce hermetically sealed trays. Sealpac are well know for modified atmosphere packing machines as well as atmospheric sealing on products such as Meat, Poultry, Fish, Salads, Vegetables, Ready meals, Snacks, and many convenience foods that are available from retailers and many catering outlets.
Sealpac pride itself on offering the most reliable and versatile range of machines available in the market that can produce from 5 and up to 200 packs per minute, ideal for flexible production with tool changing taking circa 10 minutes, or as dedicated lines the Sealpac range has a solution to offer.
Service and support has been been provided for these machines via Sealpac UK Ltd, who have proved themselves to be dedicated, reliable and offering a fast response to any calls for technical support or the request for an engineer to visit.
In addition to this Sealpac machines can also offer packs that are required to MAP packed. Using vacuum only, gas flushing or a combination of both vacuum and gas. Sealpac will continue to innovate, develop, and further enhance existing machine models as well as developing new equipment for future challenges that may lie ahead, with twin lane models producing up to 160ppm. Sealpac will continue to incorporate the inside film cut system that produces the best pack presentation available today, inside cuts saves on film costs, as it cuts the film before sealing. The shape and size can be made to suit the area that needs sealing, peel tabs are optional so the customer can peel the film easily.
